do paint but unless absolutely necessary (bare metal
showing, peeling, etc.) refinishing is a much
better option than repainting. Exterior
metal that is repainted will rarely rival the
original baked-on finish in sheen or quality and
because of the chemical make-up of paint, exterior
metal that has been repainted begins to age almost
immediately.
